Christian McGuigan
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Christian McGuigan is an Emmy-nominated writer and producer. He was previously Head of Content Strategy at Omnicom's Porter Novelli. Prior to Omnicom, Christian was Vice President at Participant Media, where he integrated marketing strategy and later helped lead the in-house agency division. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Dallas and a J.D. from Chapman University, and is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University.

Co-founder & Chief Creative Officer
Timothy Reckart, husband and father of three, is an Oscar-nominated writer and director. His animated short HEAD OVER HEELS was nominated for an Academy Award after winning grand prizes at festivals around the world. He directed THE STAR at Sony Pictures Animation, an animated retelling of the Nativity story from the point of view of the animals. He is an alumnus of Harvard University and the UK’s National Film & Television School.

Cooper Waterman, former principal at Waterman Entertainment (CASPER, STUART LITTLE, ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS), is a producer of animated features such as THE INSEPARABLES and THE QUEEN’S CORGI. His feature BIGFOOT FAMILY, the latest installment of the BIGFOOT animated film franchise, was the #1 overall title on Netflix for nearly a month. He also produced the documentary UNBANNED: THE LEGEND OF THE AJ1 in partnership with Air Jordan / Nike.
